Sub:-  Mini Roll Ball National Championship -2009

Dear Sir,

        Roll Ball National Championship for Mini group will be hosted by Roll Ball Federation of India & Maharashtra State Roll Ball Association, at Kolhapur, from 28^th to 30^th   April 2009.  

You are requested to send your State’s teams (Boys, Girls & Mix) for the Championship. Please send individual registration forms duly completed in all respect i.e. photo, Birth Certificate, School’s attestation, signature of the parents/coach etc. Incomplete form will not be accepted and the player will not be allowed to participate. The players born after 1.1.98 are eligible to participate.

    Please send your state’s entry forms, Entry, Regd. fee to Roll Ball Federation of India before 20^th April 2009, The teams to report on 28^th April 2009 by 09.00 a.m. at the Venue Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

                  The Official Opening ceremony will be at 10.00 a.m. on 28^th April and the Prize distribution will be on 30^th April 2009 at 06.00 p.m.

                                   You are further requested to submit the report before 20^th April 2009, with the Form A & B of the activities conducted in your State, State Association Information with the Affiliation fees & State Association Charity Commissioner Certificate, Constitution’s Rules & Regulation, AGM Report, State Championship Reports with the photographs, News paper Cutting copy. It is very important for the Affiliation.

The Roll Ball Federation of India Meeting will be held on 28^th & 30^th  April 2009 at 11.00 am at Championship Venue.
